Photograph the pallet before the driver leaves and send it to us. Breakages are replaced free from the same dye lot, and we hold reserve stock from your batch for exactly this reason.

Glaze shifts slightly between firings, so we record the dye lot of the sample we send you and ship your order from it. The Dye-Lot Match Guarantee — if your delivered batch doesn’t match your sample, we replace it free. One message, and it’s handled.
