Mini subway ceramic in a rich mustard with an antique gloss glaze that catches the light differently on every tile.
A classic choice for kitchen splashbacks, bathroom walls and utility room feature panels.
Sourced direct from our manufacturing partners - the same factories supplying many of the UK’s premium tile retailers. By cutting out the middlemen, OpenHome delivers commercial-grade tile at trade-direct pricing for builders, designers and homeowners across the UK.
The sourcing
We buy direct from a family-run works in Castellón, Spain — Europe's largest ceramic tile region, and the source of much of the tile sold across Europe. No agent, no distributor, no showroom in between. We publish what it costs to get here, and take one margin on top.

How we price
Per m², incl. VAT. These are our actual costs on this tile at 50 × 150 mm.
Bought directly from the factory and sold at a flat 20% markup. Includes VAT. Local delivery quoted separately at cost - we don’t mark it up. Figures are shipment averages, not exact per-item costs.
The same tile, through a UK showroom
Landed cost £61.20 · our margin £12.24
Same landed cost £61.20 · sourcing agent £2.02 · distributor £5.25 · showroom margin £11.70 · showroom overhead £1.60
Four layers you aren't paying for here. That is the whole of the 50%. It adds £20.57 to every square metre before anyone has laid a tile.

“The delivered batch is indistinguishable from the sample that sat on my kitchen wall for three weeks. That was the whole worry, and it was fine.”
Rachel H. · Bristol
“Pallet arrived on the date they booked, driver waited while I photographed it. Two broken tiles replaced from the same lot without an argument.”
Daniel O. · Leeds
QDid you use a professional tiler?
AYes, took about a day and a half for the whole bathroom.
“Eight weeks turned into nine, which mattered because the fitter was already booked. They rang me in week seven to warn me rather than letting me find out. Tile itself is exactly right.”
Hannah W. · Sheffield
“Priced the identical tile at two showrooms in London first. Same factory, same glaze, half the money, eight weeks of patience.”
Priya S. · London
