Factory direct, UK
Between the kiln and a UK showroom floor sit a sourcing agent, a distributor, a showroom margin and that showroom’s overhead. Four layers, each taking a cut of a tile that costs what it costs to make.
We buy direct and publish the arithmetic. The tile a showroom sells at £84 per square metre is £42 here, and every pound of the difference is accounted for line by line.
Save 50% - four fewer margins, not lower quality.
Quality
Our tile is made in Castellón, Spain — Europe's largest ceramic tile region, and the source of much of the tile sold across Europe. First-grade product, bought at the factory gate.
Factory-direct model
No sourcing agent, no distributor, no showroom. Our team books the freight, clears customs, inspects each batch before the container is sealed, and answers the phone when you ring.
Transparent pricing
Every product page itemises what a square metre costs us — materials, sourcing and QC, freight, customs, last-mile, processing — then names our margin on top.

Why we started
We went to price one bathroom and came back with a supplier. We buy direct, add a fixed margin, and publish every pound behind the price.
That week we watched a batch come off the glaze line, get checked tile by tile, and go back into the kiln when the colour drifted. The works has been in the same family for three generations [to confirm], and they still keep a reference tile from every firing. That habit is the reason we can promise a dye-lot match at all.
The Dye-Lot Match Guarantee — if your delivered batch doesn't match your sample, we replace it free. One message, and it's handled.
Compliance: UKCA marked, tested to BS EN 14411. Origin: Castellón, Spain.
